Manufacturing Built Around Quality, Control, and Traceability
True Source Wellness works with RBT, a vertically integrated life sciences group based in Vilnius, Lithuania. With more than 20 years of operating history, RBT connects research, manufacturing, quality systems, logistics, and clinical delivery through specialized companies with clearly defined regulatory responsibilities.
That structure matters. It creates greater visibility into where materials are handled, how products are produced, and which records support each batch.
RBT reports approximately 25,000 square feet of ISO-certified, GMP laboratory and manufacturing capacity. Its facilities include cleanrooms, analytical benches, microscopy capabilities, biosafety cabinets, preparation areas, and controlled manufacturing suites.
Core research and manufacturing functions are managed within the RBT group rather than passed through an anonymous chain of unrelated contractors. This tighter control supports more consistent processes, clearer accountability, and better-connected records.
RBT identifies the following certifications, licenses, and authorizations within its group:
- EU GMP Certificate LT/11H/2023, issued by the Lithuanian competent authority and covering specified sterile investigational liquids, cell-therapy and tissue-engineered products, packaging, and batch certification.
- Tissue Bank License No. 3635, granted in 2014 for cord blood and human tissue.
- ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14644 quality-management, medical-device, and cleanroom standards.
- Six Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product authorizations reported by RBT: four related to oncology, one to mesenchymal stromal cell therapy, and one to exosome therapy.
These credentials apply to the specific RBT entities, facilities, activities, and product classes covered by each authorization. They should not be read as blanket approval of every product in every country.
RBT separates research, manufacturing, and clinical work into distinct operating companies. Each company has its own role and regulatory perimeter while remaining connected through shared quality and traceability systems.
- RBT Discovery leads research and development in immunology and regenerative science.
- RBT Synthis, formerly Froceth, handles cell-based manufacturing to GMP standards. RBT describes Froceth as the first and only Lithuanian company manufacturing certain patient-specific advanced therapy medicinal products.
- RBT Restore provides clinical delivery through a licensed clinic in Vilnius. RBT has announced plans for a second clinic in late 2026.
Supporting divisions extend that process through verification, data management, logistics, and fulfillment:
- RBT Certify connects serial numbers with batch records, certificates, and manufacturing-site information.
- RBT Digital supports data infrastructure and the traceability layer behind each record.
- RBT Logix manages temperature-controlled logistics, customs coordination, and chain-of-custody records.
- RBT Commerce supports ordering and fulfillment for authorized institutions and partners.
RBT states that each unit leaves its system with an associated record. Serial and batch information can be connected to supporting documentation, certificates, and the manufacturing site responsible for production.
The same recordkeeping approach is used for materials supplied for qualified research and for products handled through separately licensed clinical programs. The legal status and permitted use of each item remain specific to its classification and the country where it is supplied.
RBT reports a team of approximately 140 people across the group, including about 70 scientists and laboratory staff, 40 clinicians and clinical staff, and 30 people in operations and administration.
